NFL Star & Comedian Deny Allegations in Shocking Legal Battle
In a stunning legal twist, NFL superstar Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski have been named as defendants in an amended lawsuit alongside embattled music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The lawsuit, filed in March 2025, alleges a horrific gang rape orchestrated by Combs in 2018 at a California residence.
The plaintiff, Ashley Parham, claims that Combs physically assaulted and threatened her with a knife before forcing her into a brutal assault involving Beckham Jr. and Druski. According to court documents, Druski allegedly poured lubricant on Parham’s body and sexually assaulted her, treating her like a “slip and slide.” Meanwhile, a man referred to in the lawsuit as “Cornelius,” later identified as Beckham Jr., is also accused of participating.
These allegations come at a time when Diddy is already facing multiple legal challenges, including federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Odell Beckham Jr. & Druski Respond to Shocking Claims
Both Beckham Jr. and Druski have vehemently denied the allegations.
Odell Beckham Jr.’s Statement:
“I do not know and have never met the person that filed the suit. I was not anywhere near Orinda, CA at that time.”
Druski Fires Back:
The popular comedian labeled the lawsuit a “fabricated lie,” emphasizing that back in 2018, he was not yet a public figure and had no ties to the entertainment industry.
Meanwhile, Combs’ legal team dismissed the lawsuit as “baseless and lacking credibility,” highlighting that the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department had previously investigated Parham’s claims and found them unfounded.
Police Chief Accused of Cover-Up
Adding another explosive layer to the case, Maui Police Chief John Pelletier has been accused of helping cover up the incident. The lawsuit claims that Pelletier posed as a sheriff’s deputy and discouraged Parham from reporting the assault.
Pelletier has since denied these allegations, but Maui’s mayor has called for his administrative leave while the accusations are investigated.
Diddy’s Legal Troubles Continue to Mount
This latest lawsuit adds fuel to the fire for Diddy, who is currently in federal custody awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. His trial is set for May 2025, and he has pleaded not guilty.
With growing public scrutiny and multiple legal battles, Diddy’s once-dominant empire continues to unravel.
What Happens Next?
With Beckham Jr. and Druski fiercely denying the claims and Diddy facing serious federal charges, all eyes are on how this high-profile legal battle unfolds.
